The client sought to transform their downstairs area into a more open and spacious environment.
To achieve this, we began by removing the existing radiator and then carefully opened up the dividing wall between the front and rear living rooms. This created a seamless flow between the two spaces, enhancing the overall layout of the home. Once the structural changes were complete, we applied fresh plaster throughout and added new woodwork, providing a smooth and refined finish.
The space was left prepped and ready for the client to add their personal decorative touches.
